About our services

Credit Comeback Solutions provides credit repair and credit consulting services. We review your credit reports, identify items that may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unverifiable, and prepare and submit disputes on your behalf under applicable law, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

A separate written service agreement governs any paid services. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the service agreement controls.

Your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act

You have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report yourself, at no cost, by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You are not required to use our services to do so.

You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three business days of the date you sign it.

You may sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. The Act allows you to recover damages, and you may also report violations to your state or local consumer protection agency or to the Federal Trade Commission.

Accurate, current, and verifiable information cannot be permanently removed from your credit report.

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific credit score increase, the removal of any specific item, approval for any loan or credit product, or any particular outcome. Results vary based on individual circumstances, including the accuracy of the information reported and the responses of the credit bureaus and furnishers.

By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, and email regarding your inquiry, your appointment, and your services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. Reply HELP for help.

Payment and cancellation

Fees, billing terms, and cancellation rights for paid services are set out in your written service agreement. We do not charge for services before they have been performed.
